Tina was born in the housebarn on the farm in Randolph. She was a very happy young lady that loved to live life to the fullest. She began working in her teenage years at Macleods in Steinbach where she met the love of her life and married Jake on July 21st 1963. They moved to Winnipeg and bought a house on Saddler Avenue where they started their family. Wanting to raise the kids in a quieter place, they moved to Mitchell in 1977. Tina worked at the Met for a few short years before starting as a DHIA technician. Weighing milk at dairy farms was a job she loved and did until she retired. Shortly after retirement, Tina was diagnosed with Parkinsons, which lead them to sell their house in Mitchell and move to a condo in Steinbach where Dad became her caregiver. With Dads passing, Mom moved into the Vita Personal Care Home where she spent her last days.
