It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Mariette Poirier age 71, on Monday October 30,2023 at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach MB.
Mariette was the mother of Jason & Mark Freeman, daughter of Lucie Poirier, Redvers, SK. sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend.
Mariette was born in Redvers, SK. and lived in Vita, MB. for many years.
She is predeceased by her father Denis Poirier, her twin sister Marcelle (Poirier) Hepburn and by her grandparents.
She is survived by her 2 sons, 3 grandchildren, 3 sisters & 2 brothers, her mother, and so many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to send a big thank you to Bethesda Regional Health Centre for the care provided, as well as to Crossings Funeral Care for their caring service.
A private memorial service is being planned.
