Kathrine McGogy-Lindholm

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathy McGogy on February 21, 2024.  She fought a heroic battle against cancer. She passed away in her home in Ste Anne, Manitoba with family by her side. 

Kathy grew up in Northwestern Ontario, and had a love for the outdoors. She spent the majority of her time fishing, horseback riding, and hiking.   

Kathy is survived by her mother, Jette Richert, three sisters: Jennifer Polak, Kristina Wood (Kris Wood), and Elizabeth McGogy, her three daughters: Kai McGogy (Darien McNicholl), Jordan Lindholm (Shayne Booi), and Codi Lindholm. Additionally, she is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by her father, Anthony McGogy, her grandparents: Kai Andersen, Nanna Andersen, Allard McGogy, and Antonnia McGogy, and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. 

She was always full of life, and touched many people. Her memory will always be cherished.   

A service will be held at a later date.
