Gary Joseph Starkman

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Gary Starkman on Friday July 18 ,2025.

He was predeceased by his parents; Herbert and Beatrice Starkman, and his mother-in-law Sandra Beal.

Gary leaves to cherish his many memories his loving wife of 35 years: Melynnnda, sons; Adam (Christine), Randy ( Stasia), grandchildren Alex, Mira, Thea, Roman, Chasin, his brother Akivah (Cynthia) his father-in-law Bert Beal as well as numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Gary was employed at Garry's Deli from the age of 16 years to 25 years, He went on to Norm n' Nates Deli, and Perkins. Gary was later employed at Master Feeds for approximately 10 years before injuring his back and ended his working career. 

Gary enjoyed watching the News, NFL football, Jeopardy, and spending time with family and grandchildren. Gary enjoyed telling stories, jokes and especially drinking coffee. 

A Celebration of Life is being planned for Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 1:30 pm at Crossings Funeral Care, Steinbach, MB.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society.
