Donna Ellen Hertzog

Donna was predeceased by her husband Barry, brother Bill, as well as her parents Bill and Evelyn DeGrow.

Donna was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. She met her husband Barry while teaching in Parry, Saskatchewan, and they married in 1968.

Mom was a talented cook who loved to serve hearty meals for her family and friends. She delighted in making elaborate birthday cakes for each grandchild, every year. In her spare time she loved to knit, outfitting everyone she knew. She was an artist at heart, and it showed in her paintings. She made friends easily and enjoyed the people and activities at Fernwood Place.

Donna will be lovingly remembered by daughters; Bonnie Hertzog, Jackie (Marcus) Dueck, son; Rodney (Marg) Hertzog, as well as ten grandchildren; Codie (Karlie), Larissa (Blaine), Tyson (Jenna), Alisha, Shyanne, Riley, Sterling, Jazlynn, Jensen and Selena. 

According to Donna's wishes there will be no formal services. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's memory to the Brandon Humane Society or Adult & Teen Challenge, two charities Donna supported throughout her life.
